Upon confirmation of your order, items are prepared for dispatch from our Singapore facility within 1 to 2 business days. We partner with established logistics carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority, to facilitate delivery to our European customers.
- Standard Delivery Timeline: 7 to 11 business days.
- Tracking: Automated notifications are sent to your registered email address at key milestones, including dispatch, arrival at regional sorting centres, and final local delivery.
- Extended Transit: Should an order exceed the standard delivery window, we will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. Depending on the findings, we will provide either a full refund or a complimentary reshipment of the items.
3. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

- No Physical Return Required: Once the damage is verified through the provided evidence, we will process a full refund or a replacement immediately. You are not required to return the damaged item.
