Where are orders dispatched from and which regions do you serve? ecoropedecor operates directly from our facility in Singapore. At present, we exclusively serve and ship to customers located within Europe.
What is the estimated delivery timeline? We pride ourselves on efficient fulfillment. Once your order is confirmed, items are prepared and dispatched from our Singapore warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. We partner with priority international couriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure reliable transit. The estimated delivery window for European destinations is typically 7 to 11 business days.
How can I track my parcel? Transparency is a priority for our logistics. You will receive automated status updates via email at key milestones, including:
- When the order has been dispatched.
